Sigining up for Email AlertsBellerose Village E-mail Alert
The Board of Trustees is establishing a Bellerose Village E-mail Alert to enhance communications with residents for emergency and scheduling purposes. Marie Cappiello, Website Coordinator will be creating a distribution list for a village-wide email to be tested through November and December of this year.
The BV E-mail Alert is available to all residents with e-mail capability on a voluntary basis. All e-mail addresses will be kept confidential by the Village and will not be used for any other purposes. If you are interested in opting-in to participate in the BV E-mail Alert test please send an e-mail message by December 31st as follows:
To: Postmaster@bellerosevillage.org
Subject: Request to participate in BV E-mail Alert
Sample Message: John Smith (name), of _________ (house address) requests to participate in the BV E-mail Alert. Please add my e-mail to the list (type e-mail address if different than the one you are sending from).
It is important that you provide us with your name and home address so that we can record who is officially participating. This alert is for residents only. Marie will monitor e-mail traffic and participation levels to determine if the alert is necessary and effective. She will present recommendations to the Board after the test period.
The village Website www.bellerosevillage.org continues to be available to all residents and will also post the alert. The village Website is currently being updated as well. All residents are encouraged to utilize the village Website for easy access to village information.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact Marie Cappiello, Website Coordinator or Rosaleen Shea, Trustee.
